Chef Edgar "Dooky" Chase IV is the grandson of Chef Icon Leah Chase & Edgar Chase II. He grew up in the family business, and currently runs and operates Dook's Place in the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans Louisiana. Soon he will be opening "Leah's Kitchen (An ode to his grandmother) in the airport as well.
